Today I got a little light headed standing up. Good thing is that I'm not hungry. Bad thing is that my bowels are blocked up. Will get an suppository kit later on today to clear that out.
Had some Gatorade Frost: Tropical Mango to get some electrolytes. It's helping with the headaches.
