I can tell in my clothes inches lost. A bit dizzy yesterday but feel much better today. Electrolytes off. Gate rare and pickle juice helped. Snacked on cheese and nuts yesterday - day off work- went a bit over calories but today I am on a perfect course. Short walk. Lower energy but otherwise good. Catching up on sleep. Haven’t been really hungry today. No snacking.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
