Made sure I stayed low with carbs today. Had a nice long walk, at park. Trying to fast in the mornings this week, until after 12pm. Want to focus eating from after 12pm and nothing to eat after 6pm. Ate late today with home projects of insulating windows , before it gets to hot.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
