Went to the gym again today and did the eliptical for about 15 min and then got on the treadmill for 30 min, walk/run but I did 2.0 miles.
Fat% 24.7
Water% 57.6
Gonna start recording this here as well instead of my planner. Still gotta get myself in the habit of putting my food in here.

Man, I can't weigh everyday or it drives me nuts! The fluctuations are rediculas. I weigh more in the evenings than in the mornings. I started weighing once a week just to keep my sanity.
