Went to the gym again today and did the eliptical for about 15 min and then got on the treadmill for 30 min, walk/run but I did 2.0 miles.

Fat% 24.7

Water% 57.6

Gonna start recording this here as well instead of my planner. Still gotta get myself in the habit of putting my food in here.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Man, I can't weigh everyday or it drives me nuts! The fluctuations are rediculas. I weigh more in the evenings than in the mornings. I started weighing once a week just to keep my sanity. Anyway, good luck! Hope it goes well for you!
