Happy with this. Just a shame how many calories are in cheese!! 😭😂

Lots of great benefits in cheese though - protein, calcium, good for your gut biome. No harm in small portions! Have you tried nutritional yeast? Name is a bit off-putting but it sprinkles on and gives a cheesy taste.
