today is the 50lb mark. I have lost exactly 50 lbs since my son was born decemeber 18. I have lost almost 20% of my body weight. When i loose 3 more pounds that will be the smallest i have been since i have met my husband. I am so happy and excited.

217.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb. Still to go: 67.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 7.0 lb a week
