Thanksgiving was awesome and using intermittent fasting I was able to stuff my face at dinner every night in Moses Lake and still be golden on kcal. Today marks the beginning of my category-1 Rapid Fat Loss stint; the final effort to get as lean as possible before Hawaii.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
