1875 calories a day = -0.8lbs in a week for me. I had upped the exercise (watch tracks) and had an average net calorie of -700/day for the week. Result is a bit disappointing but at least the right direction.
195.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
