Well, found out that it is much harder to keep up with the exercise & diet when I am running around crazy in the summer. I have to get a handle on my weight, and settle into a routine that I can keep even when I am super busy. Wish me luck!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
