Day 1 of water fast Day 1 Weight: 147.9
I will try for 10 days this time. After the tenth day, I'll see if I want to go to 15.
After I reach the number of fasting days, I'll switch to vegetable juicing for about half the time I fasted and then transition to a Keto diet. I want to maintain a ketosis for as long as I can to keep the weight off and continue to lose weight.
I hope to reach my goal of 130-135 by my birthday later this month.
