Was really good mon-wed then had a hiccup last night and just stuffed my face but back to it today ... just keep swimming just keep swimming ...
141.3 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah sometimes it's necessary to take a break and when you come back,you're stronger than ever,so a break once or twice a week won't be bad and will motivate you to continue and never give up on achieving your goal😊💜.Lots of love and best of luck with everything.
