weight going down . just proves muscle weighs more cuz i fit into the same clothes 5 pounds heavier but lweigh less, SOOOOO FLABBY
117.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
