Per the doctor office scale, I have lost 12.2 pounds since January 4, 2021! Whoohoo!
And, A1c is back to normal. Happy dance!!!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 March 2021:
1483 kcal Fat: 55.78g | Prot: 60.93g | Carb: 193.79g.   Breakfast: Cuties Mandarin Orange, Red Raspberries, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Coffee with Cream, John Morrell Extra Lean Sliced Ham, Egg, Franz Extra Sourdough English Muffins. Lunch: Pears, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter, Celery, Radish, Great Value 1/3 Less Fat Than Cream Cheese Neufchatel Cheese, Wasa Sourdough Crispbread, Red Delicious Apples. Dinner: Kirkland Signature Cashew Clusters with Almonds & Pumpkin Seeds, Follow Your Heart Low Fat Ranch Dressing, Baby Spinach, Kroger Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, Milton's Craft Bakers Cauliflower Crust Roasted Vegetable Pizza. more...
