Day 86 Optavia
It’s time to stop hacking and just eat the fuelings the way they are supposed to be prepared. Drink my water, and move forward.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
