Yay. Finally made it from the 240’s club, back down to the high rollers 220’s club. Lol. Been wanting to see 2’s side by side for a couple years now.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
