After yesterdays gluttony- I want to eat normally today- keeping my calorie intake between 1000 cals. I'm going to try never to drop down from there- otherwise my weight loss will be futile, lets see if it works. No specific plan till the 1st of December, I'm just going to try maintain this weight, and from the 1st of December, I'll start Atkins.
138.9 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
