I think I am stuck.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just keep going! If it doesnt move in a week or so, start changing up what you are doing. Change up your exercise, foods you eat, caloric content, et. Good luck!

You are sooo close to your goal! I had a rut that lasted about 3 weeks, but I am finally back on track and weigh the less that I can ever remember weighing since teenhood..... You can do it!
