Not sure I believe my weight this morning.

The scale was all over the place, from 194.to 187.8 The most consistent reading of the 10 I took was around 190.4 so that's what I put in.

Started P90X (technically week two for this exercise) and I was weaker on some exercises this time around.

Going to stick with it for the full 90 days though. I can do it.

Tomorrow is Plyometrics... not looking forward to it.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
