Somehow I lost one pound after the Pop Tart fiasco yesterday. Today is a fresh day to move forward. I need to continue drinking plenty of fluids, do a short exercise session, and avoid sweets as much as possible.
It's later in the day. No relapses or craving for sweets like yesterday. Supper is the most difficult. I end up tasting foods while cooking, raiding the cupboards for little foods that add up to big calories. I haven't figured out why I do this? This is the time when I become weak. I already have my supper planned and it just needs to be heated up. I ate 1/4 cup pinto beans to help decrease any desire for raiding the cupboards before I prepare my supper.
I did walk the dog-despite the weather and my fear of falling on ice. We walked gingerly for 20 minutes. Not much of a calorie burner due to the slow pace. But again a baby step towards exercise and I am moving. :-D.
