Well the scale is finally moving again. I guess my body just really needs more water. I was drinking 100 ounces per day and the scale is not moving I increased to 150 ounces and I’ve lost 3 pounds this week
211.9 lb Lost so far: 30.1 lb.    Still to go: 51.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
