Here i go again! I lose 0.4 kg by yest and it's all back again this morning...definitely have to stick to 1000 cals to make it work... i am moving more so that's a big improvement but the food intake is really what i have to watch out for! resolved not to put anything in my mouth if i cannot log it in!
