There were moments yesterday. I was feeling good and a burst of energy when I woke up. I took my injection and felt the b12 move through my body. I was doing good and not hungry and then suddenly, I got a starvation hunger. I drunk my coffee and a Grisel stick. Then started on my water. It was still hungry and so by 12ish I ate my first meal and got stuffed and was okay about 2ish a litter earlier got hungry again and had some strawberries and more coffee and then my meal again about 4ish and then more strawberries. It started getting better in the evening. This morning I am not hungry at all and I just took my injection. Getting ready to start on my coffee. Feeling okay. I can feel the B12 which is weird. But okay. I have ketosis breath, for the last 3 days… yuck. So I am definitely trying to go into ketosis.
