Thursday weigh in. 7 days... another pound disappears, and I need to remind myself that in addition to the very real 1 pound weight loss in just 1 week, there was ALSO the 1 pound of weight GAIN that I was experiencing per week the 2nd 1/2 of last year!.. put that in calorie perspective... 3500 calories make up 1 pound. that is a seeing of 7000 calories in 1 week or 10 big mac burgers from Macdonald's, or 7 macho combo burritos from Albertos... going to add a bit more cardio through cycling, road and mountain biking to increase the calorie burn, nothing heavy but enough to get heart rate up to the 100-110 'fat burn' range. see if next week I can clip off a full 2 pounds. 🤠
