Had a terrible week also an emotional week, hope this one s better.
274.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 97.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi Jude, at least you've had the terrible week so from here on in, it'll all be good :) I'm recovering from surgery and really struggling some days to stay away from the fridge!

Thanks Jude. Maybe we could help each other? I am happy to share what I eat each day, have a complete record since starting back in February this year. What do you think? I started at 94.7kgs and found it so hard to get started. Cheers, Jacqui
