I have no idea how this is even possible! I had lost a bunch of weight while cutting out all sugar, wheat, milk, white rice, potatoes, and sweet fruits. I thought it was amazing how quickly my weight dropped. Then I ended my cleanse and starred eating these things again and all my weight returned. I am shocked! I am not eating enough to cause weight gain. I wonder if it's just inflammation or if it's water weight. I just don't understand how this happened. It makes me wonder about the body and how wheat, sugar, and simple carbs affect it.

I know when eating less carbs there can be a big drop as your body depletes glycogen and when you eat that way again it deposits it back, looking like a weight gain. If your calories are on point, weighing/measuring everything your weight will settle in eventually.

I hope you're right. My weight is stable now it appears. I'm just sad that the weight loss I thought I had is not "real" weight loss. But then again the calories were only a little lower during my cleanse. I guess losing 6lbs suddenly was too good to be true.
