Coffee only during the day...lost the water weight today...No oatmeal fix for the past two days, so very low carb days...crazy how much water weight can be in the morning and what it ends up at the end of the day. Overnight oats today as my night cap for OMAD.
187.1 lb Lost so far: 32.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
