Down a half a pound, at least I'm headed in the right direction. I didn't get in as many calories as I intended to yesterday, but did manage to get my protein above 60 grams.

164.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
