Totally out of character last night, I had two ultra light beers! I was afraid of the scale this morning - but I dropped a little more, maybe it will show up tomorrow, but for now I've lost my first full 10 pounds!
134.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wow, great job! And don't be afraid to have a little treat (like the beers now and again). Even though you are trying to lose, you still need to live.
