Well this is not the way I wanted to round off the end of my first two weeks. It was my 40th birthday and I was depressed about being 40, being injured and technically not having an income right now. So what do I do when all this comes rushing in? I eat and drink lol. Back at it today. 😩😩😩
237.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy belated birthday. 40 is not so bad :) you can care less of what other people expect from you and be more yourself. Hang in there and keep focusing on why you want to lose weight for yourself.
