I only have 5 lbs to go. I'm focusing on body recomposition now and trying to keep my protein high. I try to do protein and carbs 1:1, but it's so hard to do that. It's hard trying to get enough protein in every day, but I try my best.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
