Didn't weigh Sat or Sun because I just derailed. I don't know wtf is wrong with me lately. I go for M-Th like a breeze then F,S,Su I take my free time and screw myself. I decided to get back up and did zumba for one hour today... planned some meal prep for my 15 yr old and Iso I can have ultimate success march 1st will be my day 1/28 I just need to keep starting again until I dont need to!
