I was alittle disappointed to see the same weight again but fell off last week around wednesday so probably will next friday as long as i stay strong this weekend. I got caught up on my 100 mile challenge-loving it. Didn't realize i missed jogging till I started again. I got in 16.20 miles for the week, very pleased with that. I wish I hadn't given up on getting fitter after my husband got deployed cuz now it's almost time for him to come home and I'm actually up 5lbs from when he left. grr oh well can't rewind time- can only focus on now.
