BF 28.7 BMI 24.4 I worked out a lot yesterday and ate light, so I’m not sure why the scale is up but I gotta trust the process.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
