Finally broke Plateau. Drank more water. Have been slacking. And had dinner at 6 but snacks and a lo carb beer as late as 9. Been doing 20 IF. Did a 56 hour day before yesterday to break plateau. Older you get the easier it ain’t. Many inspirational people here on FS and in my life. Thank you all
247.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
