Day 1/28 Keto: I had a rough week for some reason, not really sure why. I just ate a lot of whatever and didn't track it. I have decided to get back to keto so I can have some structure and stay in control until I am done with the weight loss goals I have.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
