The Good, The Bad, & the Ugly. The Good - I’m still alive; the Bad - I haven’t been on any kind of diet; The Ugly - I’ve gained 10 lbs and set a new record: 285 lbs. Since I started FatSecret, I’ve only gained 32 lbs. :) The app is good; I haven’t been. Too many donuts and late night rendezvous with the enemy. I haven’t quit yet though; it just takes a while to get my attention. I’m looking seriously at this “flexitarian” diet. I know I can drop 15 or 20 just leaving off the bread and the sweets, but I’m looking for a diet I can live with. So, I’ll let you know how that goes. In the meantime, back to the Total Gym, Swimming, Treadmill and lay off the simple carbs. Simple, right? I’m afraid if I gain anymore, I’m no longer going to be that lean mean fighting machine. Toodles!
285.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very nice to see a post from you. It is hard to keep from eating the sugary and baked goods. Of course, moderation does help if you do indulge. Extra exercise sessions are great but losing weight starts "in the kitchen". Yep, we've all heard it all before!!😊 Good luck and have Fun!
