Head to Ft Worth tonight or possibly in the morning, depending on weather. Won't return home until late Sunday. Having to mentally prepare my mind for food, lots of eating out and down time to want to snack. Bought healthy snacks for me at HEB so if I get the urge will have those available to me. Plan is water, water, water....except with being so could may end up having to factor in a hot chocolate somewhere. 30 degrees in Ft Worth right now and the barns will feel even colder.
Will check in with everyone Monday as will have limited internet while out of town except for late nights. Have FatSecret on phone so planning to log in food intake to keep me in check as well.
