Had a real good week. I done just about everything I was suppose to do. This morning I started drinking water as soon as I got up because its suppose to burn fat and get your metabolism going. Cheers
291.9 lb Lost so far: 41.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
