I know when I am hungry I am a compulsive eater and can eat anything what can easily be reached in quite big amounts. So it's wise to be prepared and have healthy food to eat.

A habit to obtain: cooking beforehand
151.9 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
