well I'm down another pound really hit the gym hard this week I'll be hitting legs in the am I'm down 57lbs total now after I hit 245 I'll shoot for 225 then I will hit my bulking stage and go back up to about 255 and hopefully shredded lol
265.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
