Fucked up my knee and took it easy.
I probably should have skipped the nachos, poutine, chips, cake, etc. Eep! Time to get back to healthy eating. I bought a steamer! Yay! Easy veggies :)

Good thing I did some weight lifting. I lost an extra two lbs despite the crap diet :)

Back at training now for jiu jitsu.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.6 lb a week
