Really proud of my self for all the veggies I have been eating.. not so proud of the cookies, but things are going well.
I have been doing push ups and ab work religiously lately and I really think it's starting to pay off.
Now I just need to get my legs in gear, they are pretty tired after 20 miles this weekend... but hey got training to do and calories to burn!
