Been really focusing on better eating and maintaing my 40 MPW running schedule. I can tell that I'm losing BF even when my weight goes up and down some.. so right on.

Very extremely horribly frustrated.
I have been running a ton, doing stretches, some lifting and eating pretty well. Not going to say I've eaten like a saint because I haven't, but I have been eating the same as the past year where I managed to consistenly stay at 135 and now can't seem to get back to that number.

Really proud of my self for all the veggies I have been eating.. not so proud of the cookies, but things are going well.
I have been doing push ups and ab work religiously lately and I really think it's starting to pay off.
Now I just need to get my legs in gear, they are pretty tired after 20 miles this weekend... but hey got training to do and calories to burn!

Darn people at work and their baking!! I did awesome this weekend and loved every bite of wholesome food, but then I saw cookies at work and just felt I had to have a couple. Can I tell you they really weren't even that good, but I kept eating.
Oh well, se la vie. Anyhow, I am so excited about my increased veggie in take and I swear it's even helping with PMS and overall making me feel better.
So even with the bad food here's my day:
AM - 5 Mile Run, 20 minute walk
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Banana
Walnuts
Snack:
4 Chocolate Chip Cookies
Lunch:
Salmon with veggies
Yogurt
2 Mile Run
Snack:
Jerky
Dinner:
Turkey Sandwich
Baked Chips
Chocolate
