Consistent weight loss! Feeling great :D
I've even started multivtiamins a while back, need to buck up on proteins in the next week

My brother brought Omani halwa- and my resolve broke. I had only one table spoon of it, it was absolutely lovely. But I do regret it. I followed that little treat up with 4 table spoons of lentils, 3 tiny cubes of cottage cheese that barely equal a spoon, and 2 slices of whole multigrain bread and garlic butter. Sigh. My calories are still under 800, but the most I have consumed the whole week!

I'll be fasting tomorrow though, the day after, and the day after that as well. For 3 days- then I'll be taking an official day off.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
