Lord I am trying intri idad healthy eating is so hard cause everything is so darn expensive. Well healthy food is darn expensive.hahahahaha but iam trying and I hope by weigh in I do well. Right now I have crackers and a cup of herbal tea for breakfast, no idea what to do for lun h half the time and dinner toast bread and a up of herbal tea. Water right through the day of course.
