For food, 2 cans of low-sodium tuna, some BBQ sunflower seeds, 4 egg whites, 64 oz. of water and 32 oz coffee. Had half a bottle of Green Goodness to get veggie intake.

1 hr. 5 mins Elitical at Level 9, incline 2. Burned 600 or so calories. Shot hoops by myself for 15 mins.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 81.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week
