32.2% body fat I was very busy most of yesterday and the day before with shopping, driving back and forth to school and house cleaning. I drank a bottle of beer and a couple shots of irish whiskey last night, so I thought I'd weigh in higher than yesterday. I think the major fluctuation in my weight is because of irregular bowel movements. Taking the dog for a walk this morning before I eat.
