🤔 no change this week. I’m not sure what that means 🤷‍♀️

CI have been about half of CO. Do I need to eat more calories? Will I drop weight next week, if I make no changes?

Should I go back to low carb & CICO, not just CICO?
208.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
