Well got down to 142 on Sat. But messed it up by not eating right. Still 4 lbs & 6 1/2 in. not that bad. Look better then my husband and I first met. Bet he's enjoying this weight crusade I'm on. Well maybe not the crying & freak outs when it doesn't go like I wish it would.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
