Goal Weight

Ok this is me wife and mother. After having my 5 th baby I weighed in at 220 lbs and my health sucked at 32. Bad knees, pains almost every where, border line diabitic, and just plain unattractive. By the way I'm 5 feet 2 in you can paint a picture of that. Anyways 3 months after the baby I had enough. I started cardio and weights at home. And try to eat right that's it. Done very well for awhile down 75 lbs then started school and slacked for the last year and gained 5 lbs back. Out of school now and gonna get back on track only 28 lbs to my original goal. Then I'll be as small as I was before I started having kids to bad I won't be as young.

green coffee bean extract
Ok So I have been taking it for week now. The first bad headache and had to make myself eat, but after that everything was fine. I was hoping to boost my weight loss by adding it to my diet and excercise. But I only dropped a pound this week which has been my average most weeks. Now on the other hand I also measure every week all together I normally get about an inch off my midsections all together. This week it was 2 inches.

This is Why You're Fat
Really gross.. But I never ate that out of control in my life and still got to be 100 lbs overweight. I have found that just thinking your eating good isn't good enough.

I need a chubby buddy
Sent an invite to ya. I'm new too and would like a buddy to finish out this weight loss thing with. I work out almost daily and try to eat right. Emphasise on try, but I don't beat myself up when I don't and when I get stuck at a weight for awhile.

For the Women;)
I agree I normally gain about 2-5 lbs for that week. But after it just goes away. I have never actually lost anything around that time either.
